I hardly know what to say, if this happens. Although it is just a matter of time before Carroll, Enrique and Tiotte move to one of the top clubs.

[said with absolutely no irony or sarcasm whatsoever]

I can't be bothered to see what the clowns and accountant wannabees on NO are saying about it.

Happy New Year

Are you embarrassed dear ?

It's just a stick poking thing tbh.

It's not much energy on my part tbh. I just post and wait for you to bite.

i really really hope we don't sell carroll. not least because we'll never hear the end of it from you if we do :(

you may be right, partly because anybody who continues to defend the fat cunt any longer deserves all they get. I'll still renew my ticket though, will you ?

i gave mine up 13 years ago when i moved down south. i won't let the fat twat stop me going to my half dozen or so games a season though, no.

i doubt he will, but i really hope ashley proves us all wrong for once. it would be nice to see a little ambition finally. let's hang on to our best players and buy a couple in this window that improve the starting 11. if he does that, it's a start. ashley's a gambler by nature; it's how he made his fortune and he'll be hoping he can fluke his way to success with us while investing the minimum amount but i'm hoping he learned a lesson from relegation that we won't surive in the premiership if he sells our best players. he has to speculate to accumulate and avoid bigger losses further down the line.

or maybe he really is that stupid.

Well, in that case, you should realise my point about the running of the club is valid, and people with a view similar to mine have every right to criticise the running of the club particularly when they continue to support the club, even when they have moved away.

You are quite right, I would criticise the club. What do you think people should do, pretend everything is wonderful with it ?

I totally agree with what you say above btw it's what I've always said, simple fact is a mid table position for a club like NUFC is failure, and not success, which is what it appears to be in Ashley's eyes and now thousands of supporters whose expectations he has successfully lowered.

To be honest, I think he'll stay this season. However, if we don't show sufficient ambition I reckon he (and Ben Arfa and Tioté etc.) will be off.

We've proved (in Ashley's eyes) that we can win games handsomely without him scoring half a dozen goals in the process. No doubt the fantastic performances put in at Wigan and tonight will only serve to justify his exit if they get rid :huff:

As perverse as it sounds, that's probably how he thinks.
