I've been shooting a bit of 120 film recently and as stupid as this sounds because it's obvious but I'm amazed how much better images are.

When you think about it most digital SLR cameras aren't even the equivalent of a 35mm neg but then a 120 neg is!

 

For example these are from a 645 camera, so the neg is 60mm x 45mm.

The vehicles WP ate.

These are all abandoned vehicles in a small (pop. less than 50 people), middle of nowhere town in Victoria.

Mixture of 35mm and 120.

You have some great subject matter over there to mess with! I like the perspective with the 35mm, almost has a fisheye feel to it on a couple.

It kind of is and isn't.

They were shot with this:

Which has a 15mm lense that has 110 diagonal angle of view but with minimal distortion. Amazing lense and cheap.

Sammynb, I love the fact that from the light, the textures of rust etc. they're so recognisably Australian.

 

However, the B&W of the rooftops. Where's that?
