You understand that simply putting a kid that you've taken a shine to on the wing is the panacea to our troubles. You understand that changing a manager who won Manager of the Year last term, guided us to 5th and got us back into Europe after years of absence, you understand that getting shot of this man because we're suffering due to injuries and suspensions and the like is a good idea.
