I reckon there must be lots of stupid Kiwi band names actually, they're so unbothered about being cool. I always thought Th' Dudes name was particularly shit because of the apostrophe. A couple more faves. Box the Jesuit (allegedly a term for doing a Jimbo) The Hard Ons, a band who could have made millions in the states but refused to change their name. Then we had: The Lime Spiders The Cosmic Psychos Thrush and The Cunts Venom P Stinger Plus there would be hundreds more with similar names. Also, funnily enough at the same venue a band called Anal Blast! Lots of bum issues going on there methinks. Anal Cunt? I knew it was all the rage. My mate in Tassie has a band called Superkunts. They were proper brill lads aswell. Fuckin scream to be around! Mind you, they're music was definately an aquired taste!! Proper old skool screamy Death Metal. And I'm a metal head. Thought of another one, a local band covering AC/DC called Whey Aye/DC. Seth Putmna, the leadsinger of AC died of a heart attack about 2 months ago.
