That Storey freak has done some completely unrevealing interviews for metro radio (metro radio ffs  ). Caught a bit of one where he was banging on about how different he is from most football club owners. Apparently that’s because he’s doing it because he loves football although I couldn’t help thinking the main difference is other football club owners actually own football clubs

I'm surprised he get on metro radio, tbh.  Thought the Tyne & Wear satellite TV channel might have been his only bet?

 Fucking hell man, sounds like the game was class though.

It’s good they’re doing well though, as it’ll make their inevitable shitting the seat at the end of the season all the funnier, I mean classier.

On that Netflix doc about them a few of the fans that took part whilst not exactly erudite, came across ok. But, by the same token, you got the impression that was about the best they could get without making the club and its fanbase look (even more) ridiculous

Most fans look like bellends when they’re interviewed, it’s the arsenal TV law.

Everyone has to be more passionate, more happy or upset than the the person before. After a while all sense of reason is lost and people are in constant hysteria.

The thing with the Netflix show is that it was done with the makers totally onside, Sunderland fans themselves and hoping to highlight the club and big it up on what was meant to be a promotion year. Imagine if they wanted to do a hatchet job on them? Could've just used CCTV and phoned it in if that was the case.
