Spot on, they last finished 4th in the top tier in the 1954-55 season, or 3rd in 1949-50. Crucially, they have to be the right characters who will play the way Howe demands. Ideally, in 4-5 years time we’ll be able to attract someone as good as mbappe. Just as City managed to lure Haaland.
