Here's an idea about growth....

 

Last night was a sell out...and a lot of people in the crowd had to fly to Newcastle to watch it in their brand new shirts with their name and numbers on the back. 
 

There was a lot of Saudi Arabian fans in the leazes last night. I read an article saying we're basically the football team of their country and cafes have started to show us instead of other sides. 

 

Just the 40 million shirts to sell over there is it!

I doubt the ‘independent’ organisation determining the ‘market rate’ would stand up legally anyway. Plus there’s loads of things you could do - sponsor the new training ground for example. The likes of Man Utd have set the precedent with the daft official pillow partner and all that too. Trust the mackems to think it’s about selling pies on a match day.

Mind blowing level of delusion if it's Kevin Ball they're referring to? It's like us saying Kevin Brock would've played for England if he was playing for a top side but with the difference being that at least Brock was a decent footballer, albeit lightweight. (That was why he was playing in the second division with us and not Liverpool alongside Barnes, Beardsley, Houghton and Rush etc). :lol:
