Hey Everyone,

First time poster from the States and wanted to introduce myself. I've recently become a big fan of NUFC and am hoping to see my first game this fall! I recently finished graduate school and landed a job with one of the word's largest airlines which means... FREE FLIGHTS!

I plan on coming over as much as I can, but if anyone has suggestions for a first time visitor I'm all ears. Hooefully this Yank will eventually fit in with the rest of the Geordies!

Cheers,

 you twat.

Will you be taking the jump seat? (Which one's the jump seat?)

That's good news anyway. Chances are you'll only be able to get to heathrow or Manchester for nowt (aim for Manchester, or even Edinburgh cos then you can just pick up a car or jump on a train and you're closer).

Thanks everyone. Right now I can only fly to Heathrow or Manchester but I'll find my way there.

Looking forward to seeing the Toon Army this autumn.

Any chance of some cheap/free flights? If you can swing 4 freebie flight I'll buy you a couple of pints and show you round the bars of the famous Shields Road area. I Cannot say fairer than that. :good:

Wait till you hear from the poster known as "McFaul"...you'll probably not need to get a hotel in town, he'll probably have you round his to stay. He's a huge fan of the US, it's fine citizens and all they stand for :D

Stop bastardising our language and start calling it 'Autumn'.

You shouldn't have capitalised 'autumn' and 'fall' (like 'diaper') is actually an old-fashioned English phrase which they still use but has fallen out of usage on this side of the Atlantic ;)
