He's not really blaming the gun though. Surely his point is that the gun laws over there make access to guns easier, which makes things like this more likely to happen. That doesn't excuse the bloke that did it but it wasn't intended to.

FTAO Andrew....there are probably a proportionate amount of absoloute fuckin whackos in this country to the amount there is in the US. The reason why we may get one horrific incident like this a decade (if that) and the US gets multiple shootings every year is down to access to firearms.

It must be as bad as the critics are saying....

if I could only make one lick of sense out of what this nonsense is all about

incomprehensible gibberish

Halfheartedly, I give The Dark Knight Rises - the third and final Batflick in the Nolan trilogy - one star for eardrum-busting sound effects and glaucoma-inducing computerized images in blinding Imax, but talk about stretching things.

reeks of repulsive, bloated self-importance (not to be confused with anything resembling narrative)

no matter how slick, obtuse, confounding or incompetent it gets, the fanboys will slobber approval

an endlessly contrived pile of red herrings

It keeps going...

Fanboys, can't take that kind of shizzle.

Shot his head off ??

Possibly. But without a gun he probably needed a rest after the butcher job so that was the extent of the unpleasantness. How much energy is used up by pulling a trigger?.... ;)
