New Years Resolutions

I'm going to try and go to culinary school and set off down a path to a foodie career. Not as a chef, more on the writing side of things. Although I think I might get into contract catering at first as the hours are more normal and I didn't enjoy it when I worked the long restaurant hours. Get more professional experience rather than knocking up (admittedly great ;)) amateur recipes.

The aim is to start up a food blog too so I can chronicle everything.

Also get my bloody book published.

Oh and I want to get back to giving blood regularly. Only been once in about the last 4 years and was hoping to get back before Christmas but none of the local sessions were possible. Made an appointment for January anyway, and will not be slacking off.

Don't really go for hard resolutions, as they're too easy to give up if you break them once. Definitely scope for considerably more exercise, less eating shite, less drinking and less dicking about on the internet (like I'm doing now).
