I'd be very surprised if the establishment lets the UK leave the EU. It will be a deal around EEA with some tweaks to FOM that can be spun to the populace.

Even Parky is concerned now. Hoping for the establishment to bail us out.

That sounds like leaving the EU to me.

that's how i'm starting to see it. no one in the establishment wants out - not even the leave campaign leaders, apparently.

it'll be brexit lite, or a second referendum.

Theresa May is going to take us out of Europe properly by the sounds. This is depressing.

Boris, if he has been stitched up here as seems apparent, could do us all a favour and come out with the truth about leaving the EU.

Just watched the full Theresa May pitch.

Very impressed and imo the best candidate for PM.

Also confirms no general election.

Best candidate even though you haven't heard from all the candidates yet?

Theresa May sat on the sidelines of the brexit debate and that makes her a credible option for Tory leader.

Corbyn sat on the sidelines of the brexit debate and that leaves him in an untenable position as Labour leader.

And they wonder why people disengage from party politics.

Ones job was to lead, the others wasn't.

She's more a Europhile than Cameron.

'The City' pretty much the funders of the Tory party will be on the case. London is the center of of euro exchange and currency arbitrage on the planet. No deal that threatens that will happen imho.

Here's her clumsy defence of FOM.

Crabb sounded good. Don't know much about him.

Boris. I think his likeable buffoon image has worn off and I can't see him as a good negotiator or PM.

Gove can talk the talk but there's something about him. Slimy, etc.

May. I've always thought she was a bit lack lustre for the top job, but she sold me today and she's a vicars daughter. Move across Denise Welch.

Since when was Boris a likeable buffoon? He's a complete and utter tit
