New Strips?

Why do you think they still sell shitloads of Adidas gazelles and Fender Telecasters? Designs don't necessarily get better just cause you keep changing them. Some companies are smart enough to realise this.

I promise you, I could design a Newcastle kit that would make you care, Gemmill. :huff:

Blokes in their thirties expressing genuine disappointment at the latest football strip. My respect for all of you is at an all time low.

I'll give you a pass if you're in your 20s, but consider yourselves on notice.

 Damned by the King of cool!

It must be over 13 years since I bought a NUFC shirt, I bought a retro shirt last year, (I love it even though I've only worn it about 3-4 times max).

BUT!!

Newcastle United supporter showing an interest in the new shirt? What the fuck is the matter with me? ;)

I'm still a teen so I'm gonna express ALL THE DISAPPOINTMENT I want.

much prefer that collar to the one mooted earlier in this thread. like the thick stripes and lack of white square for numbers on back too.

It's fake - just somebody playing around on the FIFA 13 PC editor - for a start there's a Virgin money logo there, it's FIFA 13 graphics & Sunderland are wearing their 12/13 kit. Asides from that it's got stripes on the back & it's somehow STILL minging.

There's probably a 90% chance it's the sponsorless one in a shite warehouse on a hanger like it was last year. I'm fairly certain it will be the linked one we've already seen - although the away & third kits may alternate colour.

Never see the point in an away kit that is similar colour to the home. I know there aren't many teams in black but can't we just have yellow again and stick with it?

The home kit is going to be mainly white again I think. As I've said I won't be buying it. I've got a 1984 home kit (£25/no use by date) or I'll go casual.
