A genuine attempt doesn't turn out a great deal better:

Frank van Hattum
Terry Fenwick - Eric Lichaj - Roberto Rojas González - Jason Drysdale

Thomas Libiih

Craig Noone - Mimoun Azaouagh - Nani - Bernd Schneider
Titi Camara

Relegation dogfight material at best, reminiscent of a cobbled-together Hull or Crystal Palace line-up. Delighted to have found a place for Mainz promotion season legend Azaouagh, Neverkusen stalwart Schneider, best match ever supersub Libiih and Keegan's finest signing, Drysdale. Saddened to have had to drop RuPaul.

March 4th:

Bernd Leno

Hrvoje Cale - Jake Buxton - Zak Whitbred - Carles Planas

Erik Lamela - Fran Merida - Tamir Cohen - Callum Harriott

Kenny Dalglish - Ariel Ortega

Bit old up front, pretty shit everywhere else this lot would be scrapping to make Derby's record low tally.

Alan Kelly

Christopher Glombard - Dejan Lovren - David Rozenhal - Alberto Moreno

Stilian Petrov - Jonas Gutierrez

Gianfranco Zola

Alberto Gilardino - Hernan Crespo - Marcio Amoroso

Not a bad strike force that, I'm fucked if I want to keep a clean sheet, but I'll just Keegan the opposition to death

The Fonz would be mint. FONZARELLI on the back of his shirt, and a goal celebration of running to the corner flag, getting a comb out of his shorts, going to comb his hair and then just going "EYYYYYYY!"
