Can’t really see on the picture, does it have a cavity? If not no.

If it does it’s still probably overkill for something that size.

Put some pictures up when it finished. Want to see how pissed it is

I thought that but wasn't 100% sure, so nice confirmation of my man skills.

  • 2 weeks later...

We bought some garden furniture (actually designed for the garden) last summer and it was clear it was fucking shonky the minute it arrived, it’s lasted just over a year and has given up the ghost.

So I’ve somehow wound up spending my weekend making some, while her indoors does precisely nowt.

I could be in the pub

This is finished.

I would put up a picture to wow and astound you all but the size limit on here is too small, unlucky nerds.

Anyone on here a brickie?

I’m rebuilding this garden wall, roughly 4m long.

Do I need to put wall tie thingys in it?

It’ll be two bricks wide and about 6-7 courses.

Cheers

This fucking thing…

Knocking it down and cleaning up the bricks was a long, fun (not really) process.

Then rebuilding the fucker, after work, whilst “learning” how to lay bricks, has been almost as fun.

And yes, it’s so pissed it’s mates staged an intervention.

Not far now…

Has anyone gone LVT for a ktichen/dinninhg room flooring?

The mrs has wrecked the laminate click so want something waterproof.

I have Amtico down which I think is the same as LVT. Excellent hard wearing stuff but pricey.

Listen dickhead, I've got Amtico too but I didn't open with that because I'm not a COMPLETE bellend.

You go herringbone first and then you try and shoehorn the Amtico in later, you classless Hyacinth Bucket bastard.
