Glad to see the back of Pardew but I fear we'll all be remembering him fondly. Things could be about to get a lot worse with Ashley making the decision

I've got Johnny Giles I'll remember more fondly than this fucker.

Alan Pardew: Crystal Palace in talks with Newcastle

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew could be on his way to Crystal Palace following talks between the two clubs.

BBC Sport has learned that discussions regarding Pardew moving from Newcastle to Palace have taken place.

Reports of an agreement over a £2m compensation deal between the clubs are said by one source to be wide of the mark.

The discussions between the two clubs are continuing this evening.

Wonder who they've been talking to.

The club has confirmed that discussions with Palace about the release of AP have taken place.

A few I wouldn't be too disappointed with.

McClaren, the England debacle aside, he has a very good club record.

Eddy Howe, getting Bournemouth top of the Championship with no money and playing with bit of style.

Karanka.

And a few I would!

Sherwood, hopefully his big mate Shearer will put a spanner in the works for us!

Bruce, seems to always start off like a train, then it all turns to shite

Steve Clarke, good right hand man......
