His 93 EM is superb aswell, way ahead of the curve with most things he did.

Agreed. Probably prefer the later one. It includes a fair bit of his Two Lone Swordsmen stuff (with Keith Tenniswood) where they were blurring the lines between deep house, techno and electro to great effect. Then he could do stuff like Loaded, which is basically his track. He could’ve been famous but that wasn’t him. He was all about the music

Jahn Teigen, Eurovision's finest nul-pointer :(

RIP. I seem to remember him being interviewed for a uk documentary and he did an impression of a telephone ringing. But a Norwegian one which apparently sounded different to British ones

 Sounds about right. Strange bloke and always looked ancient (he's 28 in that performance above. 28!) but he had an interesting CV - credible prog rocker with Popol Ace in the 70s, but also 14 (!) attempts to represent Norway at Eurovision, so, you know, swings and roundabouts.

I thought ‘who?’ But then I felt a little silly when I read it was the fella who played the Lone Ranger’s nephew on the radio

Anyone into films would surely have watched the Actors Studio. Very insightful.

I enjoyed a few but it also gets a bit too American at times. He'll say "and then you moved on to a little known show called...." and the audience start whooping and cheering before they even start talking about whatever it is. Annoying.

Overall interesting though.

It was flawed but had redeeming features.

In actual fact, Prince Philip is enjoying his retirement at Wood Farm located in the Sandringham Estate.
