You work your way through that thread, and the police are the ones rioting, not the protestors. There's a video somewhere of two policemen dragging a protestor behind a wall where they think no one is looking and beating the living fuck out of him. I can't see how or where this all ends. But in the current climate it is foolish to approach cops in riot gear when they're telling you to get back.
