I'll be happily drunk before noon. Celebrating whether we win the league or not, good riddance to this awful league.

I hear there's another north east team this poverty league can torture anyway :)

It's not a question of us winning the title,  it's about Brighton losing it.

It's not about us getting 3 points at home,  it's about them dropping 2 or 3 points away.

Is it worth being as miserable as you are at your age?

Either way Newcastle will still have to pick up points so our lot still have to win it. The question also isn't exclusive of needing Brighton to trip up, that's part of the question I just assumed people knew that anyway.

If we end the season with 94 points then we've done enough to deserve a title win tbh, that wouldn't be Brighton "losing it". 94 points would have been enough for the title in all but one season since we were last promoted ffs, and even in the season it wouldn't have won the title it would have had us in 2nd place.

How can you be negative about winning a title ffs

Noelie probably remembers the last time Newcastle won an actual title tbf.

From .com

Confirmation that the Rafalution will not be televised - at least not live on Sky Sports in the UK anyway....

The broadcaster's selection of final day Championship fixtures ignores the title race in favour of relegation issues, with playoff qualification now concluded.

Instead of beaming out the action from Gallowgate and Villa Park, Sky will provide live coverage of the Brentford versus Blackburn Rovers and Nottingham Forest versus Ipswich Town games.

Thanks Sky you utter shitbags

Don Goodman: "Don't forget, this is the Blackburn side that did the double over Newcastle, beating them at home AND away, Jeff."

Jeff: "Thanks for that, Don, hope the Lando Calrissian tribute act manages to keep the bills paid in the summer. Now, over to some other daft cunt at the City ground....."

Some other daft cunt: "Well here at the City ground, two teams who have BOTH beaten so-called PL bound Newcastle already this season."
