Problem is UEFA and FIFA are so soft on shite like that. To think the Russian FA was only fined €25,000 for racist chanting but if some bloke shoves a flare up his hoop and sets it off it usually gets a bigger fine.

Left himself wide open for it to be fair.

Closing the ground to home fans is the only way to sort the problem. Nee fans nee racist behaviour. Of course you go with the views of Jim White. He praised Millwall for closing a section where they'd had problems with racism. Never thinking that the racists will watch from a different section.

Closing the grounds seems sensible but I can't help thinking it'll be seen as an ASBO type badge of achievment among them and the other knuckle draggers in that region.

Has to be points deduction or expulsion from competition. Fans don't really care about financial punishment, and most clubs can easily pay the pathetic fines. If Galatasaray are booted out of the Champions League because some of their fans act the cunt, then the club (and the fans) will sharp take it seriously.

I don't understand what's stopping FIFA and UEFA putting those sanctions in place? What's the downside for them?

Points deduction or getting thrown out of a cup competition would certainly work. What if Toon fans turned up at a makem game, sat in the home end, and started racist chants?

Then they'd be pathetic racist cunts.

Well, at least you’d get out of the house.

Oh, Neil. Where did it all go wrong?

Cunt's going to have a stroke when they ask him about the ref.
