 If there’s any further evidence needed that Real Madrid have La Liga officials in their pocket it’s this tbh. Let’s just conveniently forget that Real Madrid had matched the PSG offer prior to this.

Also, weren’t Real Madrid basically state owned for decades?

Several decades of which were a fascist state at that.

They became the mega-rich club they are by selling their training grounds to the City of Madrid, which, conveniently, had just changed the zoning of the grounds, allowing it to be used for office and residential developments, and also served to massively increase the land value.
The sale cleared the clubs debts.

Blow it out of your arsehole, La Liga

Our U17s won their cup final on Friday night with the most weird of penalties in the shootout. If any of you follow SportBible on Instagram go have a look. It’s the one entitled ‘Never celebrate too early 😂

:D that happened in a professional match a few years back. Slightly different as it bounced quite a way out iirc before going in with loads of spin on it.

Semi-final of the Thailand Cup springs to mind. 19 spot kicks and then the wind took over.

Villa keeper was attacked during the pitch invasion apparently. Are the FA going to bother doing anything about these pitch invasions?

Too busy investigating Viera.

Why the fuck didnt Citeh have more stewards on?  Or more Police?

I always laugh when people get onto the pitch and you see them run on, all full of crack and then they stop, realising that they have no idea what to do now that they’re on the pitch and then they just sort of jump up and down. Just stay in your seat and get to the pub earlier

Start docking clubs points for pitch invasions, it's the way to go surely.

It’s happening here for decades but I don’t remember a player getting assaulted.
