The workrate, discipline and shape. Most be so frustrating to play against. Fully deserved that point. And he's doing it with a pretty ordinary playing staff. Imagine if he'd been backed. But who else is there? Diame, or a change of shape, which Rafa doesn't fancy. good to see we have genuine competition for places in centre mid with merino, shelvey and Hayden. Diame, You would get more action, effort, and hard work from Diame than you ever get from Perez. Diame might not accomplish much but he would be a noticeable figure on the pitch, unlike Perez. He's not contributing much going forward but he's under instruction from the manager who will be the difference between us staying up and going down, and it looks like he's one of the first names on the team sheet.
