Slice up a lemon and sprinkle with sugar, scrape said lemon/sugar slice thru teeth and down a shot of the mixture above. Known as a Chocolate Cake here in the US, tastes just like it. The nicest spirits-based drink I've tried is one part Archers peach schnapps, one part vodka topped up with cranberry juice and crushed ice.
