Yeah I've been watching that. That monkey shit was deplorable.

The second episode about the payday loan bloke isn't much better for your blood pressure. The total lack of self awareness as well - lamenting the fact that he's getting his race cars taken off him, with seemingly no thought to the financial hardship he's caused for his victims.

A first class cunt of a man. And his wife.

I've just been letting them play on this afternoon, he and his sidekicks constructed their own downfall with their greed and total lack of remorse for the pain and suffering they have caused with their criminal schemes. The darkest part of the episode was when they were interviewing his daughter and he was standing watching in the background, his daughter talking like she was programmed to say she was still proud of her father and how he is such a good man. He's clearly a psycho. Then when they asked him "Are you a moral man?", his answer was he was a businessman. What a cunt.

Turned the pharmaceutical one off, the short sellers were acting like heroes when clearly they are massive wankers aswell.

Just watching the HSBC one now.

It really is. And the lengths those in power will go to to protect the cunts as well.

The eye opening thing for me about the VW one was that it ended with them basically going "yeah, VW, BMW, Mercedes. They're all at it. We have the evidence. And nobody will do a fucking thing about it."

VW went onto being the biggest car manufacturer on the planet not too long after the scandal hit, I think that says it all. There'll be fall guys of course but the big corporations and companies go onto to be stronger every time.

I think the fact Jean-Claude Juncker went onto become the head of the EU tells you everything you need to know about how the EU thinks about corruption in the higher echelons.

There are several high profile criminal investigations here and it remains to be seen what is coming out of it. Because of the depths of the scandal I guess there will be some charges but it probably will take a couple of years even for trials to start.

  • 4 weeks later...

I bought my VW Golf at 20k miles with a full service. Assumed it would have had its oil changed. Just taken it to the garage at 32k for another oil change only to discover the last one was actually done at 8k miles :(

Surprised the engines not fucked. Also due a cam belt which VW quoted £600 to change. Probably half at the local garage the robbing kernts

Seriously tempted to just service it and flog it for a Fiesta or something

I don’t drive no Audi.

The wife had her Hyundai in for a warranty repair last year and they never checked her service history. And I asked BMW about the warranty when ordering parts from them to get my local mechanic to service it and they said it wasn’t an issue as long as genuine parts were used.

They’re five years now but were very straightforward to work with and even sent out a recovery truck at their cost.

I have a Mercedes now. I did the same thing with them. Got them to do the first service so they have it on their system then order the parts for my local guy to do it. I never did get to the bottom of that dodgy brake though. :scratchchin:
