We’re due a rank manager tbf. After lucking out with Rafa it was always going going to be some dinosaur no one else would want in the Hughes/Bruce/Allardyce//Kinnear mould

Bruce is a championship manager. A top manager would have his work cut out to keep us up, appointing Bruce would ensure relegation. It would be such an incompetent appointment on so many levels and so doomed to failure that I almost hope it’s true. However in reality its much too early for them to have a manager lined up, the season hasn’t kicked off yet.

Just like the appointment of Mclaren. They don’t see it.

Speaking to a mate who supports Sheff Wed earlier and he reckons Lazaar is some player if he can stay fit. Like a new signing etc.

Some player is actually our transfer policy. As long as they’re on loan and on cheap wages

Didn't he buy a load of Hondurans because Wilson Palacios turned out alright? Madagascar got to the quarters of the AFCON, can't wait to start next season with a talking giraffe up front.

All hail King Julien the new messiah.

aside from all the drama, i read rob elliot is omitted from China squad. Surely his contract must be near done? seems like he’s been here doing nowt for years now. Well, most of Rafas time definitely

He was a reasonable keeper as well, but always seemed way too pudgy for a professional football player. Probably speaks to his professionalism and struggle with injuries.

Yeah there was a period when Krul was out injured when he was class. But seemed to drift away from that form as time went by. Don’t blame him for not moving if he was on a long contract, bet its good money compared to places where he could have been first choice.
