the surge in Singapore’s numbers gives us a picture of what happens next, when we come out of lockdown. This thing comes back with a vengeance until it dies or there is a vaccine. Nothing goes back to normal until next spring, at the earliest. 

Renton is spot on. Forget about holidays and splash the cash on some new garden furniture instead because the only sun we’re getting this year is in the Costa del back garden.

My mother works for tui and reckons they've just had a 1.8 billion loan from their German overlords because there's zero revenue coming in at all whatsoever. Hope that reassures you.

The thing is that it isn't a control group unless they erect road blocks and stop every fucker from round the country coming to it, because that's exactly what would happen and then they'd take it back to wherever they live. And even if you did stop outsiders coming in then the casinos and bars would still be less than half full because there aren't enough residents to fill them.

I was supposed to goto Belgium in March and despite France being in lockdown and Belgium the Euro tunnel cunts would only let us move our booking. So I thought fine ill move it to next year. Nah, the booking is only allowed to be moved 12months max to time of booking. I fucking booked the thing at end of November last year. They're not even entertaining moving it. Cunts.

Our Ibiza trip is with TUI and for now we're just doing nothing. Like Renton we have to pay the balance by July I think. But the way things are we have zero chance to go away. 

 

Fuck me, if I got a weekend in the Lakes in December at this rate I would be delighted.

If you watch the whole thing, she admits she wouldn't because "she has family" to be with. Like all the croupiers, cleaners, restaurant staff etc. don't have families? I had  week in Cape Verde with TUI booked for 20th March which got cancelled. Spent an hour and a half on the phone to request a refund in March. To be fair they were great when I actually got to speak to someone. Warned me that it would take 4 weeks to get money back which I finally got yesterday. 

Not expecting to go away again any time soon. No chance of getting travel insurance that’ll cover Covid stuff or insolvency now.
