Because he was probably tired getting into the space in the first place. He's finished at this level, it's just too quick for him.

If you watch him,he knows Redmond is hugging the line but he still tuck’s in too close to the centre of defence

I just don’t think he’s a very good defender and is pretty weak to boot. I think he has the skill set and is young enough to improve but this is not the team or the manager for him. Getting him on the weights in the summer would go a long way to him getting better

Lucky the ref stopped that tbh. Looks like a fucked knee for Schar, no subs. It's going to be a rather small bus that we park for the last 15-20.
