If you don’t give a toss, and usually Shelvey doesn’t,what makes anyone think he’d improve his attitude if we had Pep in charge, for example.I don’t think it would bother him if he was left out of the squad for a few games.

He'll pick up for a couple of months, then he'll go back to letting his standards slip like he has in the past, not just here but at Swansea and Liverpool as well. But if we can get him to perform for a couple of months that would still be good for our attempts to avoid relegation this season at least. I doubt he'll be here next season.

Clark at full back? That can't be right. Great to see Schar back in though.

The formation I've posted is probably bollocks. Think it's just the Forza app's interpretation of the team sheet.

Bollocks......Darlow still in goal.....weak link

It was only Dubravka's first full game when he played for his national side last week, so not that surprising. I can think of one or two others who on recent form are much bigger weak links, but lets hope the emotion of the day, and the training they've got in the last two weeks, will paper over any inadequacies Darlow or anyone else has in the short term.

BBC reckon we'll be playing 3,4,3 to match up to Brentford, but then again I'm not sure how the BBC come by formation info before a match, especially when it's the first match of a new manager.

With Schar, Lascelles and Clark in the line up, 3-4-3 makes sense tbh.
