Ekitike is not only in the balance but also not sure a 19 year old is going to fit scrape into a relegation scrap. (Based solely on nowt).  

 

Given Wilson is out for a couple of months I would have felt much better with a decent striker arriving.

I reckon we could still end up with a Phillips or a Diop, along with Lingard come the end of the window to add to the six mentioned above. They'll be the cherry's on top, although it could be argued that two centre backs were essential. Of course, and not to piss in any cornflakes, there is the received wisdom that it's very hard to integrate more than three players into a squad per window. It was Wenger who said it iirc. I think he was of the opinion that having more than three come in at one time can destabilise the other players in the squad, among other concerns. So yeah, we've signed too many players, sack the board 😂
