So it’s finally here, mathematical safety day

As long as Arsenal beat Leeds at least 1-0 then they can only get to 43 points and we will have a 19 better goal difference in the bank.

That said, the sun is out, the brisket is in the slow cooker, I have options of Blue moon or leffe, Trips and Wilson could be back.

4-2 to us :nufc:

So theoretically Leeds could still get above us then? Even if they lose.

But theoretically I could be back in my 34 inch jeans.

Yeah but you’re the only one who’s made anything of us being ‘mathematically safe’ yet you’d be declaring we were when we weren’t. No one else gives a fuck because it’s been clear for ages there was virtually no chance of us going down. Obviously your being inconsistent is something I am accustomed to but I still take occasional pleasure in pointing it out ;)

A double of Spurs win and us win before yesterdays game was 177/1! That's fucking bonkers.

The odds are a lot shorter now though ;)

Jamie Redknapp thinks the City players will have been saying 'We're back in it' after the Liverpool result last night. Errrrr ok.  When were they out of it?

there's more chance of you pulling one of the barmaids in the trent!

According to Paddy Power 4-2 is 201/1 chance. My chances in the Trent are considerable higher

for who?

My team! On the very outside chance we win it isn't going to be a 4-0 or something. We were second best against a Liverpool team at home resting players and I'd fancy us more to pull off a result under those circumstances than todays. Obviously hope I'm wrong but I expect a bit of a runaround today.
