His writing is diabolical but it's quintessential Daily Mail. He drops some of his terrible lines into his videos too so you can tell when he's proud of them.

I have learnt to ignore him. He is as much attention seeking as any cunt has to be nowadays. The same does apply to CN, Caulkin and the rest of the brat pack. It’s only Bird who dropped of Kinnear’s radar.

I do both admire and hate them. They chose career paths that have changed a lot over the last two decades. They need to stay relevant so have to go for every headline and get involved in social media as much as possible. They do also need to be controversially for the sake of it.

I spend a weekend with Paul New the former sports editor of the Chronicle about 20 years ago when Anal Oliver was still the main man. The others covering Newcastle must have worked under him too. He was a decent man but even then it was all about dominating the narrative to justify your existence.

He could have addressed that he is aware of how his actions do get viewed by a fan base he pissed on. This statement is just generic waffle. I said this last year when Gemmill had a crush on him. I don't really mind the journalism, I mean between the likes of Edwards and Ryder there's not really much of a standard to aspire to anyway. 

 

But I've always felt there's a glee, a certain kind of joy in his tweets/writing when its something negative about NUFC. I don't know how else to explain it

See, I've never really got this but maybe that's because I read the Guardian and the only coverage we get there is from Louise Taylor, who not only is a mackem and so finds existential glee in our misery, not only knows fuck all about the club, but also can't write to save her life.

 

Her 'Isak goes to Liverpool' article I think could only be described as having been written mid climax.

I’ve just watched his latest video and found nowt wrong with it. A decent bit of insight on some behind the scenes stuff and a good overall presentation of what’s gone on.
