From the BBC, Tuesday: Soccer star Craig Bellamy has been arrested in connection with an alleged assault on a young woman in a Cardiff city centre nightclub. The Wales and Blackburn Rovers striker, 26, was released on bail after being questioned about an incident at the Number 10 club in February. He is due to report back to police after further inquiries. A South Wales police spokesman said: "We are investigating the alleged assault of a 19-year-old woman. "A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and has been released on police bail pending further inquiries."
