Can’t remember the last time I’ve been so excited to see a player make his debut for us.

 

All the videos I’ve watched and podcasts I’ve listened too makes me think he is either going to be sensational or better suited to Div 3.

 

His YouTube vids are very strange to watch as it just looks weird some of the stuff he does being so tall. It also looks good and delayed as though it’s ever so slightly slow motion.

 

I heard that he went for free last year? Also one of the German podcasters thought Bayern may have had him in mind for a Thomas Muller replacement. 
 

Deffo think we are going to see a lot more goals from set pieces with him and Burn in the box.

You've watched all the videos and listened to all the podcasts and disregarded that he's not very good in the air and scores very few with his head, he is just tall.

Nope, I’ve done all that, watched the goals he has scored and think with the service we can provide, him and Burn will cause chaos in the box and we’ll get more goals

I'm excited to see him play for us, and even more excited to see what Howe can turn him into. 

 

I'll be watching Germany tonight too if he starts. Might be watching Sweden tomorrow too for other reasons.

I hitched from cheltenham to ramsgate and went over to ostend as a foot passenger. got to talking to some newcastle supporters on the way over who give me a lift to antwerp and back to ostend after the game. ferry wasn't till 4am so got absolutely hammered and crawled under the seats to get some kip.

when I woke up there was no fucker on the ship, just me. staggered about for a while all confused and went out on to the deck and realised I was still in belgium. went down to the lower decks where the cars should've been and that was deserted too apart from one bloke in hi-viz and a hard hat who demanded to know what the fuck i was doing there.

turns out a walk way had collapsed at ramsgate port killing 6 people and there was nowhere for our ship to dock so they got every fucker off the ship and diverted everybody to calais and dunkirk, apart from me who no cunt spotted crashed out under the seats. I had £12 and my passport was in the car of the lads who I got a lift with.  :(

Hope you had a whip round for the 'driver'.

Plus he's an outstanding dribbler and has decent pace, and all the good stuff too. 

 

We shouldn't treat him as a targetman, because what happened to the last player we used as a targetman when that was never his position? He was shit until he was moved away from being a targetman.

or it's also on new zealand sky sports 2 if you happen to live in new zealand and have sky sports 2 or live in the UK with a real big aerial next to your chimney pot.
