The French guy who just won the steeplechase at the European championships ripped off his vest with 100m to go and held it in his teeth as he cleared the last barrier. This is the same fella who regularly gets into fights with team-mates and mascots on the track. He's fun. :D

Wowsers. Anyone who has Stevie on Twitter - have a look at the photo he posted.

On the plus side, the fact he knows how to post to Twitter is positive!

And if you're reading this Stevie, we're wishing you a very swift recovery.

And he's been disqualified now. Perfect. :D

It's bollocks like. He got his yellow card after the race, and he was so far ahead that it made no difference to anyone. The Spanish kid should be looking suitably sheepish on the podium.

I repeat though, he's still a dickhead for even opening up the possibility by doing it.

Just looked at Stevie's tweet. Of course he's posting selfies from his hospital bed.

Thanks a lot kids. I've had about 5 and a half hours kip in the last 2 and a half days and me heeds twice the size it normally is. There's nowt to do in hospital, so I've paid a 10a for the match to be on tomorrow. Me memory hasn't suffered that much, I still love big tits and think Ashley's a mug which is the key thing! I've just posted a new pic on twitter of me scar.

Well played Stevie, pleased you're doing well....you got a private room?...a lad in our old football team knacked his ankle and they put him in one. We turned up on the Sunday night to find his missus had put a chair against the door so she could administer some "specialist pain relief" . Might be trickier on a public ward but you could just pull the curtains and say it helps you drop off to sleep. No need to thank me :good:

Won't come on here so Paraguayed again. I downed 4 bottles of shiraz last time and it almost cost me dearly. Won't be drinking by myself on the quiet. No more of that craic.

On the upside, it is good to see Stevie is in good spirits anyway.
