Haven't heard of what you're on but thought it was weird they'd put you on a TCA over an SSRI these days for depression/anxiety but now I'm not sure why it was prescribed to you? I'm sure it's quite normal to be out of it for the first couple of days btw, perfectly standard for people to have wildly differing reactions when first starting a new med.
