PC dies in Corbridge

I heard about the A69 being shut between Corbridge and Styford Roundabout this morning on the traffic news - nowt about it being a police car then! :)

think he was in the back and he purposely crashed the car to escape, killing a pc in the process.

Not a copper - CPS. We've had an advice file in from the police today. It'll come out in the media soon. Sorry can't tell you anything about it! Official Secrets Act and all that!
