Speaking at a press conference to announce his signing, Eto’o said: “I don’t play for the money alone. Happiness is my priority that's why I chose to play with Ittihad in the AFC Champions League." Details of his contract have not been revealed. Al Ittihad has also signed a contract with the player to open an ‘Ittihad and Eto'o Soccer Academy’ in Cameroon. “The Saudi club will benefit from the players that graduate from the academy,” said Al Ittihad President Mansoor Al-Balawi. Wonder what Barca had to say about it, you can guess they're weren't too pleased. Maybe they don't really care coz they'll be getting Henry in the summer.
