I know from the Jorman equivalent that you basically can't fail because everybody gets sufficient marks, but that you theoratically can fail (which nobody as done so far as I know). But that's the matter with loads of university degrees as well. Maybe Roeder should test it by ignoring every tasks and courses and wait and see if he would still get the diploma.
