ghoulert 0 Posted May 31, 2006 Share Posted May 31, 2006 I've been playing FM2006 with my local team for 2 seasons now, done quite alright, 3rd first season, and 1st second. In my third season I start off with a few friendlies, and my fucking arsebandit assistant manager yells at my team, and now they are pissed off at me and play like shit in the league. The Fish 8950 Posted June 1, 2006 Share Posted June 1, 2006 never let the assistant give team talks man. you've got to sack him now, if you insist on letting him do the talks employ someone with awesome man management skills and nowt else. Let him control the team talks and the contract negotiations and nothing else. Have one of your coaches sort out the reserves and the U18s.
