DFNDRA is known malware however its not as straight forward as deleting it to remove, you'll need a spyware remover that kills it ideally.

ALCXMNTR is a Realtek AC97 Audio spyware, its not dodgy stuff but its used to send certain data back to Realtek.

AGRSMMSG - is for your modem, its not dodgy.

KBD\KBD.EXE - have you got a Logitech multimedia keyboard? the sort with programmable keys? if so, then thats what this is for.

NMNW is nasty, full whack malware and should be removed, again you cant just delete it, thats just a copy theres an installer sitting somewhere that is creating copies everytime you delete the existing one.

I recommend downloading a copy of PREVX and running that which should clear up the malware you have.

I've found one of the best ways to reduce your chances of infection is a very simple one, create a new user account on XP with basic priviledges, just standard surfing stuff, cant amend registry etc that way dodgy stuff cant install itself on your machine. When you do want to install software then Log in under the admin account and use that. Never surf under your admin account.
