Two thorougly uninspiring teams presided over by Mick McCarthy and his monotone co-commentating.  Fucking hell!

A bit harsh on the Swiss. Last night was poor (but not much worse than England v Ecuador) and the Ukraine made it very hard for them, but in general the Swiss are a good attacking side that pass the ball well. They were the youngest team still in the tournament, and if you take Zuberbühler out of the team (who is 36 next month) they're even younger. Should be a good Euro 08 for them.

I didn't watch the match so can't say if it was the worst so far or not but the point about England is valid, If i took away my being an England supporter from those games, then Sweden match aside they would be 3 pretty dull games to have watched!

 

Of course England can bore the arse of everyone all the way to the final and i'll be more than happy should that happen!
