'This world cup has seen some great attacking football . . . . except for England that is, who only play 1 up front' :D

How can a man as stupid and as un-PC as Blatter manage to get one of the most prestigious jobs in the world!

What have our tactics got to do with him in any way shape or form. He should concentrate refs giving out 3 yellows to one player, games with 16 yellows and 4 reds, players getting cautioned for headbutting people etc.

You would think Englands starting formation would be the last thing on his mind with some of the farcical matches we have seen in this world cup!

What that we arent attacking? Mate, if we win the cup il not be complaining! The whole point of playing rooney on his own was so we could put carrick as a holding midfielder and let any or all of our 4 midfielders get forward to help out. At some points in the 2nd half against ecuador it was practically 4-1-5 we were playing. It might not have come off as well as wed hoped but you cant call it negative football

True, but Rooney isn't the same playing at the front of a 4-5-1, why not just stick with 4-4-2 and drop Lampard?

You mean the English one? :D

He's right that you've got a very negative coach, but I'm not really sure it's his business saying it. Increasingly desperate to deflect criticism from himself.

I'd advise everyone to read the book 'Foul' by Andrew Jennings about the corruption of Blatter. It is really interesting, and shows what a twat he is.

Definitely worth reading, good book.

This WC has been a bit crap imho so far in term of general play and refereeing. Way too much stupid decisions, refs blowing way too meticulously. A return en masse of cheats, that once again go unpunished and get to play in the following games. Sheva and his pen against Tunisia for example.

But I guess as long as Blattman is proud of himself then that's all that matters.

I look forward to the Premierleague starting again.
