Whats your poison?

Recommended Posts

I like Hoegaarden as well, but is it expensive. Someone I worked with first told me aobut it. Got a bit excited about it, spent all day mumbling 'it's beer...but it's like..white...weird.'

Consett has that 'Glasnost' appeal to it though - even the temperatures rival Siberia...

BTW Sammy, it's south of the river! :D

I find it hard to believe that Consett is south of anywhere!

Im quite into Hoegaarden at the minute, strangely its good with a slice of lemon in.Carling Extra Cold, a nice glass of Shiraz Cabernet or a Jack n Red will also suffice.

Serious 'fanny tax' in most of Didsbury like. £3.10 is steep enough.

Apart from one week in July i have pretty much been off the drink for the best part of 2005, my poison is usually vodka, but i do miss having a few glasses of wine.

Ah well decided a lil glass of wine was in order.

Though if i am perfectly honest my preference of poison is not even alcoholic i have a frightening addiction to Yazoo Chocolate milkshakes.
