N'Zogbia

I'm going to the Scotland - France U21 game tonight and I was hoping N'Zogbia would be involved but he's not in the squad. Are the French FA still in a huff about the way we signed him or are the other midfielders just amazing ?

Yohan Cabaye (Lille OSC)

Jérémy Clément (Rangers)

Lassana Diarra (Chelsea)

Yohan Gouffran (SM Caen)

Yoann Gourcuff (Milan AC)

Blaise Matuidi (ESTAC Troyes)

Samir Nasri (Olympique de Marseille)

Still in a huff I think. He was called up to the last squad after a shed load of injuries then dropped back out again when one of the players recovered.

Zog is a good player and there is certainly a shed load more evidence to support his claims for a regular place than the likes of Taylor but I do think people get carried away. Diarra and Nasri are very good players indeed. I think Zog will get there but he is still some way off yet.

I though Pongolle played okay - their number 9 was rubbish, though. Briand looked good, probably the best player on the pitch.

It was 3-1. Although when I left I thought it was 2-0 for some reason, then when someone asked me the score on the way back I told them it was 3-0 before remembering the penalty.

How terrible was the referee ? He would've looked bad at an Elgin game, nevermind a pseudo international.

Aye thought their number nine was a bit sluggish overall.

Number ten, Adam i think was our best player.

Aye the Ref was a bit poor, did you see the wee kid come on the pitch after we scored the pen, what a twat.
