is the golf high score table the wrong way round? you get a bigger score the more shots you take..
-
module!! In my day it was a proper degree. None of this pick and choose module nonsense

Some people are just evil bastards though and no matter how 'nice' you are and how much 'good' you try and do they'll laugh in your face, knee you in the bollocks and steal your wallet

to be honest, and Im not being cocky, its possible to play it forever, its far too generous with extra lives. All you have to do is when they get to the lowest start point make sure they dont turn direction more than once, if they do and you havent taken the bottom layer out first its instant game over. I'll leave the rest to you grasshopper

punching well above his weight he looks like Paul Youngs fatter, uglier brother

cheers fella didnt know that. They are in game. Thats what IGN are reporting anyway and the make a point of saying so after the super realistic Madden shots were shown to be bull shit. It is only a basketball game so you have a small number of characters and a tiny little area to model. The most impressive thing is how all these games are coming on as launch approaches and each new vid, screenshot is released. The link that rob posted is the E3 trailers from May. If you compare Perfect Dark Zero then to now it come on loads and what was a disappointment now looks fantastic.

Well the season just before Souness took over we had no Woodgate, Dyer, Jenas or Bellamy for important UEFA Cup Semi-Finals & Premiership games for Champions League qualification, so it's not as if injury plagues are a new thing under the new "regime". 41832 thats a good point but Im not sure its the one you are trying to make. All clubs get injuries and the tend to add up towards the end of the season were players who haev been playing with little knocks will be more likely to break down. To have the number of injuries we do at this stage in the season some serious questions need to be asked. Do you think its just coincidence that they are all hamsring injuries? The manager has to take responsibility as its his decisions and undoubtedly his training methods that are contributing to this. Im sick to death of hearing about how many players we have injured as being an excuse for piss poor after piss poor performance. Craig you might be happy with a clean sheet, you might have been ecstatic with a 3 nil win over Blackburn but the level of performance and quality of football we have been playing is shocking. Its ok to be happy with winning or getting positives when you can but this has been going on for to long, if it wasnt for Given yesterday we'd have been battered by a poor , underperforming Portsmouth team, Portsmouth ffs! If you want NUFC to be successful Souness need to bugger off and fuck another club up. You've got to look past the result and look at the bigger picture. The man can not build, train, or set up a decent footballing side. I dont expect him to be performing miracles I expect to see signs that he's doing things right, I expect to see a side that has a plan and a system, we have neither. His coaching staff alone should set the alarm bells ringing. Saunders , Murray and McDermott ....its fucking comical.

yep mate , got two got one from play and then decided to go to game in town to get one so I could definitely have it in my hands for launch day. Not sure whether to cancel the play one as Im thinking of keeping it and flogging it on ebay for (hopefully) a nice profit. I dont think you'll see much of a price drop Hog. With what Sony are saying the ps3 is going to be on the expensive side. If I was MS and say the ps3 comes out at £400 then I'd reduce the basic pack to £200 but have the man pack still at £250, its only a 30 quid saving but to the general public theres a 360 for half the price of a ps3. If that wont be till 2007 anyway, is it worth waiting all that time for 30 quid? I dont think there'll be any reason to cut the price before long before the ps3 is on the horizon.
-
you could be waiting till 2007 for a euro ps3 release.

Agree with this too. Those who complain about Shepherd being a shit chairman who runs the club like a corner shop ............. 41487 not like a corner shop but more like its his pension fund

come on Gemmill , 592,000 profit in a week, how have you spawned that?

I didnt have an arguement your point is based on how you would feel if you were in their position. All I did was give a real example of someone who is. Im not saying he's representative of all but Im sure like most adults he can separate somthing thats meant to be entertainmnet from something serious. So yes that comment was pointless and just looks like you're trying to be a smart arse tbh
-
never said he was mate and its a pretty pointless comment to make. Theres a world of difference between some peoples experiences in the war too. My Grandad served in the navy but had no problem talking about what happened, and theres some pretty disturbing stuff. As horrific as some the things he saw may be I dont think it would compare to what your grandad saw. Just like anything there'll be those who can deal with things better than others but you did bring up the point in the first place and he didnt find any of those things offensive. He loved 'Where Eagles Dare' but then again apart from mancy who doesnt.
-
I have played WWII games in front of my Grandad who was in the war and he wasnt arsed one bit, neither was he arsed watching all those war themed films that you find offensive, as it happens he quite enjoyed them. Why? For one he took it for what it was which is mindless entertainment. If it was setting out to be a accurate representation of what happened then Im sure he'd have been pissed off. As so often happens with these types of arguements is those that find something offensive seem to do so for a group of people they neither have anything in common with or represent.

Fucked if I've got the faintest clue, mate! 39543 Jizzfest! 39601 What I'm more concerned about is how he's managed to round my 667.76% gain down to 600%. 39606 wanted to keep the ego to a minimum, didnt work did it who is that down to? Should get some good dividends this week as I have sizeable holidngs in Mourinho and Ferguson. Cashed in on Souness as the will he/wont he get the sack coverage has died down and his price has peaked
-
just to help inflate that ego a bit more Gemmill, how the fook did you get a rise of 600%?
-
What I dont like about this arguement is its focus on the internet and downloading. There was a thing called tapes before you know. You might not download of the internet now but did you tape songs off the radio when you were a kid? How about copy your mates CD or LP? Keep that film you videotaped of the TV for longer than you should? A lot of indie bands owed their careers to word of mouth through tape trading. The whole punk rock/hardcore scene in the US was built on tape trading. Illegally copying music is nothing new and there'll always be those that never buy anything. On the whole though artists benefit from getting their music heard by as many people as possible.

Hurricane Rita - Looks bad for Houston this time

talk about good luck. My mate once was planning a trip to vegas and was trying to book himself a series of fights which would have saved him something like £100 per ticket. In the end his Dad got sick of him messing about and gave him the extra money so he could just book it and get it over with. The flight he would have been on if he got his way was one of those that flew into the twin towers
