I can remember seeing him playing for us in the early 60's - class touch but the rest of the team were pretty drossy and I think he was past his best

Talking to Dave Hollins the Newcastle Goalie in the early 1960's and he said Albert bore a terrible scar from Munich which ran right down his body.

Even if the cash raised goes to the Newcastle United Foundation, which the article doesn't say, I can't see ticket sales being high while Ashley is here. At least I'd hope not.

 

NUSC should organise a fan dinner alternative and contact the '69 players and ask them to boycott the club in favour of it.
