I've searched google and whatnot to try and find a freeware program to do this, but I've had sod all luck. Does anyone know of any legally free software that achieves this, or am I going to have to get the other kind of free?

Hmm we use Adobe at work because we struggled to find anything for free to do it :naughty:

 

We use it to convert AO RC Drawings.

Can you not just do a snapshot with Acrobat reader and save the paste as a .tiff?

 

Unless you want to do a shitload of pages, of course...
