Loads of players still nearing exits or surrounded by speculations, every team used to be pretty much done with the dealing once the big kick off came about and that was great. Now the first 3 games almost count for nothing. On what basis is it being extended by the way? ManU needing one more day to get Berbatov? Seems very dubious. IMO it's up to teams to have their house in order before the season starts, if they don't and their on-field performances suffer for it, thenit's their own damned fault.
