Christmas Tree

Trying to eat a bit more healthily and have had some random breakfasts this week.

Yesterday was a couple of Smoked Haddock fillets with a couple of slices of lightly buttered brown bread (Sounds very Tory but in reality just the cheap frozen fillets from Asda that take 4 minutes in the microwave).

Today, Mashed banana on toast, yum yum!

Park Life

2 coffee's 2 fags 2 eggs (fried soft) on unbuttered toast and lashings of Miracle whip/Mayo/ mustard remoulade on the eggs. A recipie for disaster basically.

I normally have a bit of porridge, or some scrambled eggs.

All washed down with a nice cup of green tea.

That's too acidic for brekkie mate (green tea).
