Howay 12496 Posted May 30, 2016 Share Posted May 30, 2016 Wasn't great , but then neither was the old one in recent times, I got sick of the massively scripted challenge stuff seasons ago, it just isn't entertaining, I'd rather just watch reviews on cars. Bad first episode though, shouldn't have tried to copy the dialog and such of the previous presenters, no need (fwiw I don't think the Amazon effort from Clarkson and Co will be much good either) Agree with this tbh, it was clunky and they seemed awkward together (I know it's the first episode but still they even seemed fairly awkward just on their own). They should have really stepped out and done it a different way but they seemed to try and mimic some parts while making others different and it was just fairly clunky.
