I think anyone who wouldn't have Lampard in the squad is just as mad as anyone who wouldn't have Beckham.
That said, I believe Gerrard is a far superior player and I don't think they can play together so I would have Lampard on the bench.
Oh and Gary Neville is one of the best right backs in the world and miles better than Luke Young.

Gerrard is a one man team, Lampard needs all the chelsea playersand about 50000 shots on goal to possibly get 1 or 2 in the back of the net
but I dont agree about NOT dropping Lamps, Players like Lampard and Rooney need to be dropped when they are not performing. This the only way you will get the best out of them, a wake up call like.
If I knew I was guranteed to start all the time, I wudnt fakin bother to try as hard
you need 2 make players fight for their places...you will get the best out of them this way

I agree...Joe cole is the best winger for England & can take on players better than any other current england player we have...but I would not put Joe Cole in central midfield (he's not a holding player)...and I agree that lampard is shit...need to get rid off ASAP..why cant Mclaren see this? Lamps only plays good 4 Chelsea because of the other top players working their socks off & making it easy for him
Joe Cole has always been a decent player, however has improved vigorously since moving to Chelsea....and definitely played brilliantly in the world cup...class player!

I used to work at Poundstretcher in the Galleries. It wasn't a bad job actually but my mam was a bit of a snob and wouldn't even nip in to see me when she was doing her shopping. My dad used to infuriate her by coming in and buying cheapy t-shirts which he'd then take home and parade in front of her. "Look what our Catherine just sold us. 3 for £2 - Bargain!!"

I worked at ASDA for 1 night.
Never said I was leaving, never went back, never rang.
Same job had the worst interview ever too. Dressing up in crepe paper and that.

it lasted 2 days though (on the 2nd day the manager really pissed me off like).

Obviously it's all about opinions but I feel when their defence learns to cope without Hyppia and Kuijt & Bellamy click, they'll be formidable. Let's see how the table looks at Christmas.
He chops and changes his forward line so much they'll never get a chance to find out. When Bellamy got chucked out on the wing by Souness it was a complete waste of his talent. Blackburn stiuck him back in the middle and he has a blinder season. Liverpool then buy him and chuick him out wide left and wonder why they're a) not winning games and b ) Gladstone Small's not scoring.
I agree Benitez may be a good manager but he's no Jose Murinho to swap players round
and keep rotating like Chelsea
The difference is that Jose can Afford to do that as he has 25mil + signings on the bench
where Benitez doesnt...I agree Bellamy is wasted on the Wing.

Got told there'd be redundancies at work just before last weekend wasn't really too worried, just at the back of my mind had a bit of a nag. They said we'd know for sure on Tuesday gone. On Wednesday a few of us in particular were told we were at risk and we'd hear by the end of the week. On Friday we were told we'd get an email on Monday to organise a meeting for later on.
Can the bastards go about enforced redundancies in such a dragged out, cack-handed manner that leaves half the work-force stressed to fuck? There were no volutary redundancies offered either, is that allowed.
aye, they are supposed to keep you updated no matter what dodgy company they are!
I have been made Redundant in the past (Voluntary Redundancy)
however, they do NOT need to give you a choice and can just sack you off THE BASTARDS..BUT
they need to give you sufficient notice and like what the other person said thay HAVE to keep you
posted as to whats happening, when they are planning to get rid of people,
have they delayed the Redundancy date etc etc...
The advantage of redundancy is that you usually get a nice pay out, so enjoy it
and try get another job ASAP...My redundancy pay helped me put a deposit on MY HOUSE

An Australian guy is traveling around the Greek Islands.
He walks into a bar and, by chance, is served by an Australian Barmaid.
As she takes his order, a Foster's, she notices his accent.
Over the course of the evening they get chatting. At the end of her shift he asks if she wants to come back to his place.
Although she is attracted to him she says no. He then offers to pay her $200 to sleep with him.
As she is traveling around the world, and is short of funds, she agrees.
The next night the guy turns up again. Again he orders Fosters and after showing her plenty of attention,
asks if she will sleep with him again for $200. She remembers the night before and is only too happy to agree.
This goes on for 5 nights. On the 6th night the guy comes in again, orders Fosters but goes and sits in the corner.
The barmaid thinks that if she pays him more attention then, maybe she can shake some more cash
out of him. So she goes over and sits next to him.
She asks him where he's from in Australia. - "Melbourne", he tells her.
"So am I. What suburb?" she enquires. "Glen Iris" he replies.
